Measure three times. Approve once.

Use a rigid tape measure and enter finished dimensions in inches. Measure the actual furniture space rather than copying worn foam.

Measure the narrowest usable space. Record dimensions to the nearest 1/4 inch.

Confirm the finished cushion will not block doors, arms or change the seat height unexpectedly.

T, L and curved shapes

Measure every outside edge. Add a labeled sketch and identify the front, back, top and zipper side.

Pattern shapes

Trace a full-size paper pattern and upload a photo or PDF first. Pattern builds cannot be customer-approved until our team reviews them.

Manufacturing tolerance

Launch policy: finished length, width and thickness may vary by ± 1/4 inch because foam and textiles compress. This policy should be confirmed against your factory capability before accepting paid orders.
